This is a grassroots campaign to improve maternity health care services in our country. Information about hospital intervention rates are not available to the public in any fashion...except through this survey. So once you are home with your baby PLEASE take this survey so that others can learn from your experience. The more we share the easier it will be for other Moms to make informed choices about where they deliver and which care provider to choose. You will be helping to improve maternity care for everyone.
